Passionate about developing young badminton talent in Coventry — a fun, supportive environment for players of every ability, from first swing to county level.
Welcome to Racqueteers — we are passionate about developing young badminton talent in the community. Our club offers a fun and supportive environment for players of all abilities. We run three sessions to cater to different skill levels: beginners, intermediate, and advanced. Each session combines expert coaching with exciting gameplay to help every player improve.
To put new skills into practice, we dedicate the start of every month to full game sessions — a fantastic opportunity to apply what's been learned in a competitive yet friendly atmosphere. We also participate in an annual tournament against other local clubs.
We encourage our players to enter Badminton England tournaments, specifically Restricted Tournaments run by Warwickshire Schools Badminton Association. There is also support in trialling for the Warwickshire Schools Badminton Squads, which some of our players go on to join.
Whilst we provide rackets for those just starting out, we strongly recommend players invest in their own racket for optimal comfort and performance. We provide nets and shuttlecocks at every session.

Racqueteers is run entirely by volunteers who are dedicated to sharing their love of badminton with the next generation. Our coaches donate their time every week, and the committee works tirelessly behind the scenes to keep the club running smoothly for everyone.
